Park Avenue International, a specialist clothes care provider and franchiser opened its first Hong Kong drycleaning valet shop at No. 33 Robinson Road, Midlevels, Hong Kong in March 2001.
From the beginning, our approach has been quite simple: the quality of services provided by other cleaners is negatively affected by their need to charge lower prices.
Research has been carried out and the results are conclusive – lower prices means lower customer services and even lower levels of drycleaning quality, customers want a guaranteed service that can be delivered consistently.
What makes us different?
WE ACTUALLY DO ALL THE STEPS that we are paid to do carefully and correctly.
We train every member of our staff and the franchisee to the standards set out in the GUILD (GCL) and the APPAREL RESEARCH CENTRE (ARC) syllabus, before they are allowed to undertake any of the steps in the drycleaning sequence, even counter reception.
That is what sets us aside from the other drycleaners, we charge affordable prices and deliver professional quality results. Others might charge lower prices but sidestep vital stages in the cleaning sequence, rush a garment through pressing and then use the bag to cover up the imperfections and damages, offering no opportunity for counter inspection, but to hurry the customer out.
All Park Avenue shop’s are ‘owner’ run and managed, so the commitment to deliver ‘value for money’ is guaranteed.
We want to retain every customer and our customer care policy and code of practice are designed to do this, by delivering drycleaning at it’s best.
